Hi! I'm Marla, the founder of The Marla Lane Nanny Agency. Our mission is to bridge the gap between qualified nannies and families in need, alleviating the challenges of nanny searches. Recognizing the growing demand for safe childcare solutions and local employment opportunities, I'm driven by the desire to contribute positively to both areas.

I am a nature enthusiast and an organic-loving mama who values simplicity. I have a deep passion for promoting health and well-being, particularly when it comes to children. As a mother and a former career nanny with two decades of experience, I completely understand the significance of finding the perfect fit for families and the responsibilities of caring for children. My enduring connections with families and children I've worked with serve as a testament to my commitment. I hold a degree in Early Education and have practiced in Reggio Emilia and Montessori settings, spanning infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and additionally, I'm a certified Vegan Health Coach, aiding individuals in preparing wholesome, nourishing meals. Our goal is to provide assistance where it's needed!
