OUR PROCESS
SECURE YOUR IDEAL NANNY WITH THESE SIMPLE STEPS
1. Complete the Family Application
We want to hear all about your family's needs and gather as much information as possible.
​2. Schedule a Consultation with us!
We will follow up within 24 hours to schedule a call and discuss your childcare needs, lifestyle, values, and any questions you may have.
3. Review Contract and Pay Search Launch Fee
We will go over the agency and client agreement together and a fee of $300 will be due before the search begins.
4. Review and Interview Candidates
Our agency will review potential candidates and coordinate interviews between the family and candidates.
5. Hire your nanny!
Once you've found your dream nanny, you will contact the agency and create a Family & Candidate contract. We provide a template for families and can help with any questions.
6. Trial Period
We encourage families and nannies to have a trial period to ensure compatibility and satisfaction. This allows both parties to assess if it’s a good fit before making a long term commitment.
7. Remaining balance
Placement fee is due before the first day of work.

PRICING & FEES
Our agency fees are based on your household service request. All new families looking for in home childcare will incur a one time new client registration fee of $300. There's a separate placement fee for families seeking long term placement.
Long Term Placements
Full-Time and Part-Time
3,500 or 12% of the Annual Income, whichever is greater

Families looking for Long Term Placements usually need care for at least 1 year minimum. All fees paid once and are not recurring.

Temporary and As Needed
Sitters & Nannies
Experience the flexibility and convenience of our temporary nanny and sitter services, catering to date nights, backup care and as needed child care needs. Families seeking as-needed childcare will benefit from our exclusive launch package, which includes 4 bookings, all for a one time launch fee of $300. Bookings beyond the first month will be a charge of $35 each, ensuring reliable and trusted care for your little ones, whenever you need it!
As a member, you will receive priority services over non members, giving you peace of mind knowing that your childcare needs will be attended to promptly.
Monthly membership options for recurring childcare:
4 bookings - $100/mo recurring membership fee
8 bookings - $200/mo recurring membership fee
You would pay the nanny directly at the end of their shift. Monthly packages are charged at the beginning of each month and do not roll over into the next month if not used.
Please note: All bookings must have a 4 hour minimum and all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee equivalent to 4 hours of the nanny's time. The cancellation fee goes directly to the affected nanny.
Families in need of a 1 time placement will pay a booking fee of $50 plus a separate hourly rate. All fees are due before the shift begins.
Seasonal/Summer Nanny (3 months) - $1,500
Monthly placement -$550/month
Major holiday Temp Nanny pay rates are time and a half
