Below is a list of requirements we ask our candidates. Please ensure that you are confident in your ability to meet each requirement before submitting your application:

A US citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.

At least 2 years of professional experience (non-family members) Preferably Early Edu Degree

3 work and character references

Must be able to speak and write English

CPR and First Aid Qualified

Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation and car insurance

An up to date resume

Consent to and pass a background check

Willingness to make a commitment of a minimum of 1 year to the role they are offered (permanent placements only)

We get to know you! All candidates go through a rigorous screening process to be considered for representation
1. Please fill out the nanny application and submit it to us so that we can get to know you better and what you are looking for in a position.
2. We conduct comprehensive screening which includes reference checks, resume, background checks, and verification of certifications and qualifications.
3. Phone screening -either virtual or in person
4. Once we have a clear understanding of what your needs and preferences are, we carefully match you with suitable families.
5. We encourage families and nannies to have a trial period to ensure compatibility and satisfaction. This allows both parties to assess if it’s a good fit before making a long term commitment.
6. Our agency provides ongoing support to nannies. We are here to address any concerns, provide guidance, and ensure a positive and successful nanny-family relationship.
